Section 10A:31-10.10 - Storage areas(a) Sanitary temperature controlled storage areas for all foods shall be provided in: 1. Refrigerators and freezers;2. Cool, dry storage areas; and3. Lockable areas for pepper, nutmeg, vanilla, yeast, dry fruit, or other food additives which may be utilized to manufacture illegal products. N.J. Admin. Code § 10A:31-10.10
