Section 26B-7-515 - Enforcement by state and local health departmentsThe department and local health departments shall enforce Sections 26B-7-506 through 26B-7-521 under the procedures of Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act, as an informal adjudicative proceeding, including:
