Section 26B-7-516 - Inspection of retail tobacco businessesThe department or a local health department may inspect a tobacco retailer to determine whether the tobacco retailer:
(1) continues to meet the qualifications for the permit issued under this part;(2) if applicable, continues to meet the requirements for a retail tobacco specialty business license issued under Section 10-8-41.6 or Section 17-50-333;(3) engaged in a pattern of unlawful activity under Title 76, Chapter 10, Part 16, Pattern of Unlawful Activity Act;(4) violated any of the regulations restricting the sale and distribution of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco issued by the United States Food and Drug Administration under 21 C.F.R.
