Section 26B-7-514 - Permit violation A person is in violation of the permit issued under this part if the person violates:
(1) a provision of this part;(2) a provision of licensing laws under Section 10-8-41.6 or Section 17-50-333;(3) a provision of Title 76, Chapter 10, Part 1, Cigarettes and Tobacco and Psychotoxic Chemical Solvents;(4) a provision of Title 76, Chapter 10, Part 16, Pattern of Unlawful Activity Act;(5) a regulation restricting the sale and distribution of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco issued by the United States Food and Drug Administration under 21 C.F.R.
