The Authority shall be in charge of the execution and administration of this chapter, and all sums collected under its provisions shall be covered into the funds of the Authority, except that in all matters concerning the Port of the Americas, the Port of the Americas Authority shall be in charge of the execution and administration of this chapter and shall receive the sums collected in connection with the administration of the Port of the Americas.
