§ 2106. Exercise of powers

The Authority, the Administrator, and the Director shall exercise, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 331—352 of this title, all powers and functions hereby conferred on the Authority, except that in all matters concerning the Port of the Americas, the Port of the Americas Authority and its Executive Director shall be in charge of exercising the powers and functions hereby conferred on the Port of the Americas Authority.
