(a) The PR 9944 North Detour, located in the Municipality of Gurabo, is hereby named after Oscar Dávila-Carrión.
(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures for ensuring faithful compliance with the provisions of this section.
