(a) For the purposes of this section, the Guajataca Tunnel includes the tunnel, the preserved stretch related to the railroad as well as the water tower and the protecting wall located in different locations of the area.
(b) The Guajataca Tunnel of the Municipality of Isabela is hereby declared a historical monument.
(c) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, together with the Municipality of Isabela shall develop a management plan to guarantee the enjoyment and conservation of this historical monument.
