(a) It is hereby provided that the complex comprising the former School of Tropical Medicine of the University of Puerto Rico, located in the Puerta de Tierra sector of the city of San Juan, be named after Antonio R. Barceló.
(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178—182 of this title.
