P.R. Laws tit. 23, § 188l
(a) The Planning Board is hereby directed to initiate the corresponding procedures to declare as historic monuments, The Lucero Cave and the spring that is born at the same site, in the Cuevas Sector of Barrio Guayabal in the municipality of Juana Díaz.
(b) The Planning Board shall immediately initiate the necessary procedure to enable the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources to acquire the lands where the Lucero Cave and the spring are located, in the Cuevas Sector of Barrio Guayabal in Juana Díaz.
(c) The Planning Board shall render a report to the Legislature on the transactions and procedures it has carried out to achieve the purposes of this bill with its conclusions and recommendations, within a term of not more than sixty (60) days after the approval of this act.
