§ 48. Regulations—Repeal of conflicting laws and regulations; amendment

All laws or parts of laws and regulations of the Commonwealth Board of Health, of the Secretary of Health, or of any municipality, commonwealth or municipal official or body (including the Government of the Capital of Puerto Rico), related to the construction per se of buildings in Puerto Rico, as may be in conflict with said regulations adopted under §§ 43—50 of this title, are repealed and left without effect on the effective date of the regulations. The Secretary of Health is empowered to amend, and he shall amend, his regulations in order to adjust them to the provisions of the regulations issued by the Permit Management Office as finally adopted by the latter and approved by the Planning Board.
