§ 12014. Reporting physician relieved from civil liability

The physician shall be relieved from any civil liability when reporting to the Center for the Coordination of Services to Persons Suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease attached to the Department of Health, the confidential information requested pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
