§ 12013. Inform Center of Alzheimer’s cases in writing

Any physician who practices his/her profession in Puerto Rico and who diagnoses or has knowledge of any case of Alzheimer’s disease, should inform [that] fact in writing to the Center for the Coordination of Services to Persons Suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease attached to the Department of Health, in the forms provided for such a purpose, within thirty (30) working days as of the date in which he/she obtains knowledge of the case.
