§ 934. Barbiturates and other dangerous drugs—Practitioner’s order or prescription, requirements

When a physician prescribes the use of a dangerous drug or a barbiturate, he shall state in the order the correct name and address of the person to whom it has been issued, the age of the patient, the directions for the use of the drug, and the date of issuance of the order. When the prescription is for some animal it shall include the species of the animal and the name of its owner.
