§ 935. Barbiturates and other dangerous drugs—Labeling of containers

(a) The pharmacist or pharmacy aide who dispenses a dangerous drug or a barbiturate shall set forth on the label or band affixed to the container the following information:

(1) Name and exact location of the establishment.

(2) Corresponding serial number of the order and the date it is filled.

(3) Name of the patient.

(4) Directions to the patients for its use.

(5) Name of the practitioner who issued the order.
