§ 2817. Licenses—Suspension

The Board may suspend a license for a term it deems pertinent, after having given written notice of the violations incurred and a hearing to any operator who:

(a) Has attempted to help someone else to obtain a license through fraud or deceit.

(b) For fraud, deceit or negligence in the performance of his duties.

(c) Has violated the provisions of this chapter or its regulations.

(d) Who temporarily becomes mentally or physically unable to perform the duties of his position, as long as his handicap persists.

(e) Is a narcotic drug addict or a habitual drunk pursuant to the standards provided for these purposes under the collective bargaining agreement between the agency and the union to which he/she belongs.
