P.R. Laws tit. 20, § 2612
The Puerto Rico College of Draftsmen shall have the following duties and obligations:
(1) To contribute toward the improvement and development of the art of lineal drawing.
(2) To raise and maintain the dignity of the profession and its members.
(3) To establish relations with analogous associations of other countries within specific rules of solidarity and courtesy.
(4) To work for the establishment of adequate state and national laws which respond to a reasonable and fair spirit and are related to the profession of draftsman.
(5) To cooperate in all that is of mutual interest and beneficial to the general welfare.
(6) To promote bonds of fellowship among its members.
(7) To maintain a wholesome and strict morale among its members.
(8) To furnish such reports and advice as the Government may request.
