When a draftsman has passed the examination, he/she shall apply to the College of Draftsmen of Puerto Rico for membership, which shall issue a membership certification to be submitted to the Board for the granting of the license. For subsequent years, it shall be provided in the bylaws that upon payment of the annual dues, a license renewal accrediting him/her as member of the College shall be issued.
