§ 2613. Persons authorized to exercise the profession of draftsmanship

Only persons holding a license issued by the Board who are active members of the College may practice the profession of draftsmanship in Puerto Rico. It shall not be understood that the practice of the profession of draftsmanship limits in any way the professional practice of architects, landscape architects, engineers or surveyors, with license or in training, and/or any other authorized professional who, in the discharge of his/her duties, prepares blueprints, drawings, sketches and other visual representations of their work, designs, or projects.
