Any member who fails to pay his/her annual dues and in other respects qualifies as a member of the College shall be required to pay and warned that upon failure to do so within the period of 30 days after notice, he/she shall be automatically suspended as member of the College, but may be reinstated after the payment of the dues and any other collection and admonishment expenses that the Board and the College may have incurred. After the thirty (30) days term granted for the payment has elapsed, the College shall notify the Board for it to proceed to immediately certify the cancellation of the license to the College and the member.
