The Governor may remove any member of the Board upon preferment of charges, notice and hearing, for negligence, inefficiency or incompetence in the discharge of their duties, or for immoral conduct, or for conviction of a felony or of an offense implying moral turpitude, or for any other grounded and justified cause.
