Members of the Board shall receive a minimum compensation so established by the members of the Legislative Assembly, per day or fraction thereof in which they attend meetings, or in which they conduct official business of the Board, including those members who are officials or employees of the Government of Puerto Rico. Members shall have a right to be reimbursed for regular traveling expenses incurred while carrying out their official duties, pursuant to the applicable regulations of the Department of the Treasury.
