The Board shall charge every automotive technician the following fees for examinations, licenses, licence renewals and identification cards:
(a) For each examination: ten dollars ($10).
(b) For each license: fifteen dollars ($15).
(c) For the renewal of a license: twenty-five dollars ($25).
(d) For each identification card: five dollars ($5).
