§ 2060. Board of Examiners of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians—Issuance of licenses

The Board shall issue a license to engage in practice as refrigeration and air conditioning technician in Puerto Rico to all those persons who meet the requirements established in this chapter. Said license must be renewed every four (4) years. Those persons who apply for a license renewal must establish the following:

(a) Be duly collegiated [sic].

(b) That his membership fees are up to date.

(c) That his license to engage in the practice as refrigeration and air conditioning technician in Puerto Rico has not been suspended, cancelled or revoked by the Board.

(d) Include an internal revenue payment voucher in the amount of ten dollars ($10).

The Board shall establish, through regulations, a staggered procedure for the renewal of licenses.
