(a) Any advertisement of eyeglasses or contact lenses shall require the inclusion of language indicating that a doctor’s prescription is required for the purchase of said eyeglasses or contact lenses.
(b) Any advertisement of the price of the eyeglasses or contact lenses must contain a clear statement indicating that the cost of the examination is not included in said price.
(c) The Board may not adopt rules that restrict the competition between those persons under its regulations, unless they are needed to prevent false and deceitful practices.
