§ 544g. Examining Board—Fees

(a) The Board is authorized to charge fees for the following services:

(1) Revalidation examination.

(2) License.

(3) Certificate for using diagnostic pharmacological agents.

(4) Reexamination.

(5) Duplicate of a misplaced or lost license.

(6) Recertification and registration.

(7) Endorsement of license, which shall never be greater than that of the license.

(b) The fees charged by the Board shall on no account be returnable. The sums thus collected shall be covered into the Health Fund for the use of the Office for the Regulation and Certification of Health Professionals, as provided in § 3009 of Title 24.
