§ 4652. Acceptance of depositum made by incapacitated person

If a person qualified to contract accepts the depositum made by another who is an incapacitated person, the former is subject to all the obligations of a bailee, and may be compelled to return it by the guardian, curator, or administrator of the person who made the depositum, or by the same person, should he become qualified.
