§ 4653. Depositum by qualified person to incapacitated person

If the depositum has been made by a qualified person, in the hands of another who is incapacitated, the bailor shall only have the action to recover the thing bailed as long as it remains in the possession of the bailee, or to compel the latter to pay him the sum by which he may have profited by the thing, or its price.
