§ 4651. Voluntary depositum defined; by whom made

A voluntary depositum is that in which delivery is made by the will of the bailor. The depositum may be made by two or more persons who believe themselves to have a right to the thing bailed in the hands of a third person, who shall, in a proper case, deliver said thing to the proper person.
