§ 2343. Administration of estate until condition fulfilled—By unconditional heirs

The administration referred to in the foregoing section shall be intrusted to the heir or heirs, unconditionally designated, when among them and the conditional heir there exists the right of accretion. The same shall be understood with regard to legatees.
