§ 2342. Administration of estate until condition fulfilled

If the heir is designated under a condition precedent, the estate shall be placed in administration until the condition is complied with or until there is a certainty that it cannot be fulfilled.

The same shall be done when the heir or legatee should not give the security, in the case of the foregoing section.
