§ 2344. Administration of estate until condition fulfilled—By conditional heir, presumptive heir, or third person

If the conditional heir has no coheirs, or, having them, there does not exist the right of accretion among them, the former shall take charge of the administration upon giving security.

Should he not give it, the administration shall be conferred upon the presumptive heir, also giving security; and should neither of them give security, the court shall appoint a third person to take charge of it, also giving security, which shall be given with the intervention of the heir.
