§ 2064. Disciplinary jurisdiction—Administrative action; referral and final determination

When the file on the case is made up, it shall be referred to the Secretary of Justice, who shall hand down the final determination, pursuant to law. In this sense, if the Secretary of Justice considers that the charges have been proved in whole or in part, he shall proceed in accordance with § 2061 of this title.
