§ 2065. Disciplinary jurisdiction—Appeal to Court of First Instance; procedure

The Registrar may appeal the Secretary’s or the Governor’s action in the Court of First Instance. The request for an appeal must be made within fifteen days following the formal notification of the Secretary’s or the Governor’s decision to the Registrar. Said Court shall resolve the case within thirty days after it is submitted, and its final decision shall be reviewable by certiorari in the Supreme Court.
