§ 2063. Disciplinary jurisdiction—Suspension from work and salary

In cases where the public interest so warrants, the Secretary may, at his discretion, after the initiation of administrative proceedings and, at any time while the case is being heard, suspend the accused Registrar from work and pay, and he may uphold or revoke said action until a final decision in the case is handed down, which should be rendered within 30 days after said suspension.
