§ 1374. Industrial partners

Partners giving their services and not contributing any capital (socio industrial) cannot engage in any other business whatsoever, unless expressly permitted to do so by the company, and should they do so the partners furnishing the capital (socios capitalistas) may, at their option, remove them from the company, depriving them of the profits due them in the same, or they may enjoy the profits such partners may have obtained in violation of this provision.
