§ 1375. Personal expenses of partners

In general or in limited copartnerships, no partner may remove or divert from the common funds a larger amount than that assigned to each one for his personal expenses; should he do so, he may be compelled to repay it as if he had not fully contributed the portion of the capital which he bound himself to contribute to the copartnership.
