§ 3535. Entry of false information into the computer system or records

Any persons or public employees or officials who directly or through an intermediary willingly enter, feed or provide false information for any physical government record for heavy construction or agricultural equipment units or to any computer system, or who willingly by themselves or through another person eliminate, modify or change the information contained in the computer system or in any physical government record for heavy construction or agricultural equipment units with the knowledge that these acts are inappropriate shall be punished by imprisonment for a fixed term of four (4) years. Should there be aggravating circumstances, the fixed penalty established may be increased up to a maximum of six (6) years; should there be extenuating circumstances, the same may be reduced down to a minimum of two (2) years.
