§ 3536. Illegal authorization to export

Any natural or juridical persons, the directors, officers, administrators, trustees or agents of said juridical persons who had authorized the exportation of heavy construction or agricultural equipment units without meeting the requirements provided herein or without meeting the obligations imposed by this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished for each omission or act incurred by imprisonment for a fixed term of three (3) years. Should there be aggravating circumstances, the fixed penalty established may be increased up to a maximum of five (5) years; should there be extenuating circumstances, the same may be reduced down to a maximum of one (1) year.
