§ 16. Maintenance of Commonwealth roads running through urban roads—Time to assume maintenance

The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall take charge of the maintenance of the aforesaid sections or roads on any date subsequent to the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date on which §§ 12—18 of this title take effect and prior to six (6) months counting from said date of approval.
