§ 15. Maintenance of Commonwealth roads running through urban roads—Exemption from maintenance

Such sections of roads through urban zones of municipalities which declare that they do not desire to accept intervention of the Department of Transportation and Public Works in the maintenance of such sections may be exempted from the provisions of §§ 12—18 of this title. Such declaration shall be transmitted to the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works through the Secretary of State.
