§ 1153. Capitalization

The capital assets of the Trust shall be the grounds and structures that formerly housed the YMCA, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and which are property of the Public Land Administration. The title deed of said property shall be transferred to the Olympic Trust, the cost of which is to be amortized by means of annual appropriations which shall originate from the General Fund. Funding for the Olympic Trust shall also originate from those other funds and properties subsequently ceded, sold, or donated by the Olympic Committee to benefit the Trust, as well as from any other amounts donated or ceded from time to time to the Olympic Trust by any natural or juridical person or by the United States and the Commonwealth governments.
