The following terms shall have the meanings indicated hereinbelow, unless some other meaning is clearly understood or inferred from the context.
(a) The Olympic Trust. — Means the Permanent Fund for the Administration, Operation, and Development of Assets Destined for the Olympic Movement in Puerto Rico.
(b) The Board of Trustees. — Means the Board of Trustees of the Olympic Trust.
(c) YMCA. — Means the Young Men’s Christian Association.
(d) Casa Olímpica. — Means the building formerly housing the YMCA.
(e) The Administration. — Means the Public Land Administration of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
(f) Controller. — Means the Controller of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
(g) Trustee. — Means a member of the Board of Trustees of the Olympic Trust.
(h) COPUR. — Means the Puerto Rico Olympic Committee.
(i) [IOC]. — Means the International Olympic Committee.
(j) Operating expenses. — Means those charges, salaries, remunerations, commissions, and other similar expenses that are necessary or appropriate to operate and administer the Olympic Trust and Casa Olímpica Fund.
(k) Income. — Means the income computed pursuant to the generally accepted accounting principles in effect in the United States and Puerto Rico, regardless of profits or losses.
(l) Governor. — Means the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
(m) Legislature. — Means the Legislature of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
