§ 115. Construction of school buildings—Constructions financed with bonds with outstanding balances; deferred transfer

The provisions of § 102 of this title are hereby declared inapplicable to any school building whose construction is hereby authorized, as long as there are outstanding bonds issued for financing the construction of such school buildings, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 111—115 of this title.
