§ 114. Construction of school buildings—School sites; approval

The buildings authorized by §§ 111—115 of this title shall be constructed on lands of the Commonwealth Government or of the municipalities. Whenever such lands are municipal property the value thereof, at the assessed valuation fixed ad hoc by the Secretary of the Treasury, shall become a part of the cost of the works. The selection of lands, and the plans, budgets, and specifications relating to such buildings, shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of Education and the Planning Board, and to any other approval required by law.
