This section is administered in accordance with the Food Stamp Act of 1977 as amended ( 7 U.S.C. 2015 ) with the following exceptions and clarifications:
Failure to comply with work requirements results in three (3) progressive durations of ineligibility.
(a) The first violation continues until the individual cooperates with the work requirements but not less than one (1) benefit month.
(b) The second violation continues until the individual cooperates with the work requirements but not less than three (3) benefit months.
(c) The third or subsequent violation continues until the individual cooperates with the work requirements but not less than six (6) benefit months.
