This section is administered in accordance with 7 CFR 273.7 with the following exceptions and clarifications:
Each nonexempt household member will:
(a) Contact the E&T provider within five (5) working days of assignment. Assignment shall be made using the DFS work registration form;
(b) Respond to notices, contact the E&T provider upon request and keep scheduled meetings with the E&T provider; and
(c) Schedule and fully participate in activities assigned by the E&T provider. The participant must participate as described in the Wyoming E&T Program State Plan.
