Section 5-202.11 - Approved System and Cleanable Fixtures(A) A PLUMBING SYSTEM shall be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to conform to the State Uniform Plumbing Code, chs. SPS 381 to 387, as enforced by the Wisconsin department of safety and professional services.(B) A PLUMBING FIXTURE such as a HANDWASHING SINK, toilet, or urinal shall be EASILY CLEANABLE.Wis. Admin.
