Section 141-58-4 - Objectives

The objectives of this program are to:

a. Promote training interest and raise the standard of proficiency of the soldier and airman in the use of the individual weapon.

b. Emphasize, promote, and expand the Competitive Marksmanship Program at all command levels.

c. Provide trained and competent members to assist the West Virginia Army and Air National Guard in fielding competitive rifle, pistol, and light machinegun teams at higher levels of marksmanship competition.
