Section 296-126-080 - Posting of order

The employer shall keep posted a current copy of these regulations in a form provided by the department, titled "Your Rights as a Worker in Washington State." The poster shall be positioned in a readily accessible location and within plain view in each work site where an employee or employees are employed.
